alwaysalice4 Avi Kaplan has a stunning bass voice and his upper registers are just as beautiful.
These acoustic versions of his already released work are completely different from the originals.
I am in awe of his abilities and in love with his whole catalog. Not something I can say about most musicians. Favorite track: It Knows Me.

ljeb2728 Anyone who hears his voice knows there is some quality to it that cannot be defined. Rich, warm, soulful are words that come to mind but come nowhere near capturing his essence. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to the ear.

tashao Avi Kaplan has no peer...not since Cat Steven's long ago has there been such writing and musicality ....but even then Cat's vocals pale in comparison to Avi's extraordinary voice and range.....unbelievable!
